Sit still for 15 minutes and meditate. Some people ask me how to meditate? Well, there is not only one way, but for starters, just sit down, take deep breaths, concentrate on your breath if you want to, feel every muscle of your body and let the thoughts go. If you can't run away from your thoughts, it's ok, just accept and embrace them naturally until they go away. Do you have only problems in your mind, things that you still have to do today or tomorrow, some place you have to be? Wait for it do disappear until you feel comfortable. Or maybe you don't. If you can't free yourself from the heavy burden that is in your mind, then it's time to ask questions.
I mean, really ask yourself apart from that huge clutter, what it is that makes you happy, that makes you smile? Has it been a while since you felt a long pure state of happiness in your heart or that you burst out in authentic laughter during the day without having to hold back.

I feel like this man's world is rushing and we rush with it without asking us a very important question: Why do we rush? Why not slow it down a notch or why not move into a different direction?
I want you to put your hand on your heart, take time to feel your heartbeat and after a while when you feel comfortable start talking to her. Ask your heart, how she feels and if you can do something for her. Sometimes we neglect our heart for a long time, but yet like a mother she still gives us the energy to continue every day no matter how much we fail her. Because she loves us.
And like a mother, all she wants is for you to love her back. Just once in a while show her that you do, too. Take time to listen to her caring whispers and her silence will become audible.
A lot of wisdom in there Yilmaz. Happy to have found your memoir. :)
